Bedrooms
The three bedrooms of the villa are located on the first floor.
A master bedroom with en suite bathroom and large terrace to enjoy the golf view. In this master bedroom there is a bed of 180/200 cm, large closets, a plasma screen with cable channels receiver, independent air conditioning, and wifi.
A second bedroom, with two double beds, a plasma screen with cable channels receiver, access to wifi, independent air conditioning and a large closet.
A third bedroom also with two double beds, a plasma screen with cable channels receiver, wifi, independent air conditioning and a large closet.
These last two rooms share a large bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and double sink as well as a good storage space.
Indoors
Spacious entrance hall with a guest shower room on the right and the kitchen on the left.
The kitchen is fully equipped (electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso machine, toaster, juicer, electric kettle, pots and pans and crockery for more than 6 people).
The living room is divided into three areas: a dining area, a "European" seating area and a Moroccan sitting area.
These three spaces are carefully landscaped and have internet access and air conditioning.
There is also a large plasma screen with IPTV receiver for various cable channels in various international languages.
Outdoors
From the living rooms, there are two covered terraces fully equipped for optimal comfort.
One of the two covered terraces is converted into an outdoor dining room.
There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a space for hanging clothes.

Rental conditions
- Children welcome- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool

- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- Amount of security deposit : 500.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : In cash at the time of check-in
Reservation conditions
- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 % - 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Advance payments can be made with the following payment method : Visa - Mastercard - Carte Bleue - Bank transfer.
- On site payment can be made with the following payment method : Cash.
- Hotel / Owner may require on site payment to be made in local currency. .
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
- Booking Cancellation fee : 1 076 Dhs
- Changes to confirmed arrangements fee : 1 076 Dhs
