This beautiful contemporary single storey villa is located a few metres from the hotel Domaine Royal Palm and near a major area of interest in the luxury Royal Palm resort of Marrakech: restaurants, 18 hole golf course, spa and tennis courts.In an area of 287m² (1,200m² of land) the fully air conditioned villa has 3 bedrooms with bathroom (shower) and WC. The villa is decorated in a contemporary style and fully equipped.
A large South-facing living room has direct access to the pool and communicates directly with the dining, kitchen and terraces. In the living room, 60 inch TV, Sonos sound system and wood burning fireplace.

By the pool (not heated) a lounge area is available. At the end of the garden is a gazebo by the olive trees for 2 people.
All bedrooms include:
180cm double bed, quality linens, private bathroom, private toilet, wardrobe, shower, air conditioning, wireless internet, 40 inch TV with DVD and satellite, bathrobes, safe. Outdoor shower in the master bedroom.
Daily cleaning is provided for your comfort. Staff are available upon request to prepare meals for the duration of your stay.

- On site payment can be made with the following payment method : Cash.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
